I've been active my whole life starting with martial arts, then onto skateboarding and lifting weights. It's always been a part of my lifestyle. I ate like garbage as a teenager and had some minor health issues then slightly improved my diet as a young adult but still wasn't great. Once I got into the fitness industry, I took my nutrition much more serious and have been learning ever since. Along with improving my nutrition knowledge, I've dealt with my fair share of injuries and clients injuries which has forced me to learn good movement patterns and restore the body.
I have over 10 years of personal training and martial arts coaching experience and a diploma in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Throughout my career I’ve worked with professional athletes, first time gym goers and everything in between.
I really enjoy teaching how to move properly and get out of pain or improve their performance. I love helping someone figure out how to eat in a way that makes them feel good and promotes their health.
