I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with over 10 years of personal training and martial arts coaching experience. Throughout my career I’ve worked with champion fighters and bodybuilders, first time gym goers and everything in between. I love educating people on all things wellness and enhancing their lives in a way that suits them best.
Over my years of martial arts, skateboarding and lifting weights, I've dealt with injuries and lots of aches and pains. It's forced me to learn how to move properly, get out of pain and continue doing the things I love. Having a similar experience of poor dietary habits leading to health issues. I've learned how to make food your ally to feel good.
I want to share what I've learned to help you move better, dial in your nutrition and improve your quality of life. Being a "forever student" I've gained numerous strategies and methodologies that can accomodate to anyones preferences and requirements.
